So again the GLBT community has to "take what we can get" and be happy. I am not happy. Equal protection under the law IS the law. My solace is that I believe SCOTUS will overturn DOMA and then this will be amoot point, as the federal govt cannot then deny equal rights to GLBT folks.

I honestly dont understand why we need to import more high tech workers when universities like UW, Stanford, MIT etc produce thousands of grads a year. Could it be that with the debt load from all that education US grads demand a living wage and US Tech companies aren't willing to provide that?
